Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are accepted for damaged or wrong items only.

Please email within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Sale items, accessories, swimwear, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
